- 2 drops each of red, blue and yellow food coloring, each in a separate small bowl
- Artline 210 Fineliner black pen
- Christmas tree cookie cutter from Tescoma 630916
- Taper candle
- Small bowl with water
- Paintbrush
- Sharp knife
- Scissors

- Quick-drying craft glue (such as Bostik Clear)
Instructions:
-
Use the knife to cut the bottom of the candle to a sharp point.
-
Place the cookie cutter on the printer paper and trace all around it with a pencil. Remove the cutter and use the sharpened point of the candle to trace over the pencil lines.
-
Dilute the food coloring with water (the amount of water used will have an effect of the depth of color you will see when painting). Apply different colors to the paper to paint the paper. The colors will interflow, adding green, orange and purple spots too. Allow to dry.
-
Place the sugar paper over the printer paper and iron the papers, so that the wax will melt and transfer to the sugar paper.
-
Draw a window shape of 4.1" x 3.3" around the Christmas tree and cut it out.
-
Use the Artline pen to highlight the pencil lines of the tree, and to add a border around the "window."
-
Score the light green marbled cardstock to create a card sized 5" x 4.1".
-
With the fold at the left, center and glue the "window" to the front of the card.
-
Glue the star at the top of the tree, and glue the rhinestones in random places on the tree.
