There are 2 inch plastic rings Boyle makes them. get them at crafts stores. I make ornaments for friends.These are easy

What kind of milk do you buy that has a solid ring? The milk we buy has a ring that you have to pull the tab and that makes the ring broken. How would I use that??

I think she is talking about the milk jugs that have a screw on lid. You can also use the caf curtain rings, we made these years and years ago.
