Embellished Post It Note Holder
Use cardstock, stamps and more to create an Embellished Post It Note Holder from Carlene Eshelman you can slip into a stocking. This is a fun and unexpected Christmas gift that is also extremely practical. Add a fun message to the top note for a special touch!
Materials:
- 3” X 3” post it note pad
- 7-3/8” X 3-1/4” cardstock
- Scoreboard
- Scissors
- Christmas stamp sentiment
- Mini pen
- 3” pearl sticker
- 3” X 3” red cardstock
- 2-3/4” x 2-3/4” green cardstock
- White cardstock scrap
- Green ink pad
- Foam dots
- Adhesive
- Scissors
Instructions:
- Take 7-3/8” x 3-1/4” cardstock and score at 3-1/8”, 3-1/2”, and 3-7/8” marks.
- Fold all scorelines. Fold middle scoreline to fold cardstock in half(so cover side is showing).
- Cut to snips (1/2” to 1”) into the center up to the first scored line.
- Open cardstock, and place adhesive on top and bottom areas of your slits.
- Push middle slit out, and other areas down to adhere.
- Place pen in your created slot.
- Glue 2-3/4” square on top of 3” square.
- Stamp sentiment onto white cardstock, and cut around.
- Place foam dots on back of sentiment and place on top of 2-3/4” square.
- Glue entire layer to front of your holder.
- Place pearl sticker below your sentiment
