Upcycled Christmas crafts make decorating for Christmas innovative and inexpensive. This year, get thrifty and decorate your home with these Vintage Thread Spool Tabletop Trees. Christmassy mini trees help make your tables more festive during the holidays and these are some of the most creative little trees you have ever seen. You can find large thread spools at antique stores or thrift shops, especially in the south. You may even have some of these left over from Mom or Grandma. Use tiny rhinestone and snowflake embellishments to turn them into trees before your eyes.

What do you do when you come across old thread spools in the second hand store? Pick them up and turn them into gorgeous holiday trees. I think these are so fun and cute. I want to make a ton of them and put them all over the house now.

Time to climb into the closet and get out my thread spools. Have a few that will make great trees . One is green and one is gold. Talk about lucky. Don't know why I never thought of this myself. This is so easy and won't cost me a cent. That's the best part. Thank you so much for the inspiration for this.
