I know that paint chip swatches are freebies but isn't it stealing when you take a bunch of them for craft supplies?

Thank you for your message. We agree. Taking a large amount of paint chips is not ideal. However, we do promote reuse and craft. Often times paint chips have no use once you've gathered them for color sampling, so we promote reusing such materials. However, you can also substitute card stock for paint chips or even recycle cardboard from other items.
