Upcycled Felt Scraps Christmas Garland

From the Blogger: "These gorgeous Christmas garlands are made from the scraps of other projects. I love to felt sweaters by putting them in a hot wash and then repurposing them. I keep all the odd bits of scrap sweater felt from these projects. These scraps I then craft into these lovely colourful Christmas felt garlands. These garlands can be traipsed over the Christmas tree like tinsel. Or hung from the mantle as a decorative garland. I warn you this is an addictive craft; you will end up making lots of garlands. It's a really simple craft for kids, too. If you don't have sweater felt, you can use craft felt instead."
