Why not make the entire house festive? I can think of a few people who would love to put this little jar in the sewing room. This would even be cute to send to my daughter in her dorm room because there are tons of times when she says she wishes she had an extra button or a certain type of thread.

I love this idea! I think this would be a good idea to keep in your spare room if you're hosting overnight guests over the holiday season, too.

I have recently started trying to sew (I really emphasis the trying part) but I love this idea even without the Christmas stuff on it, it's a handy place to put pins and any loose buttons that can be used again some where along the way....I do love to reuse but anyway thank you for the great idea)
