10 Christmas in Spring Crafts
One of the reasons for why we celebrate Christmas is to feel comforted and safe in faith and with family. Why not try it in the spring?
We all know that Christmas is big business in December, however, once it ends, we all miss it. One of the most popular outside the box ideas is Christmas in July but what about Christmas in March? Christmas in April?
In general, celebrating elements of this holiday outside the season to elicit happiness and joy. That's why Christmas in spring is a fun new tradition we'd like to see happen.
At the moment, as a world, we are experiencing stress and fear with COVID-19 and so it's been suggested that people put up Christmas lights and other delightful decorations to provide people with distractions and promote similar peaceful feelings that we get during the Christmas season.
There are several news outlets that have picked up Twitter trends prompting people to get together while apart during this crisis.
According to this Fox 8 article, Twitter is calling for Christmas in March; people are putting their Christmas lights back up as a sign of hope amid coronavirus fears, many Twitter users have been putting up lights and tweeting their actions so that others can follow.
The idea is to accommodate the practice of "social distancing" by allowing people to drive around and look at lights, which does not actually involve interacting with others.
Putting up lights, making decorations, and getting into the spirit of things is another distraction and family activity people appreciate during these trying times.
