Elegant Christmas Patchwork Star
Understated and festive, this Elegant Christmas Patchwork Star will be a delightful addition to your holiday decorations this year. This intermediate Christmas craft is perfect for anyone who loves to sew.
From the blogger: "This patchwork star is created using a fusible interfacing with printed quilters grid (in 60-degree angle rhombus), which guarantees that the star will turn out accurate. You can decide how small or large your star should be by cutting the interfacing according to your needs. If you make a small star, you can use it as a table decoration. Or you can make a really large one to create a one of a kind tree skirt that will look amazing under the Christmas tree. An illustrated tutorial shows you the steps to the project. A small star for the table will take just an evening to make, but a larger one like a tree skirt would be more likely a weekend project."

Patchwork decorations make me feel all warm and cozy inside. Do they remind you of your grandmother? I know that if mine were still around that she would love this decoration so much. It makes me think of all the quilts my mom still has in her closet made just like this star.
