What a whimsical way to decorate up your room for the holidays, right? I think that this is super cute for a dorm room. I know my daughter loves things that light up for her room, so this is a no-brainer. I want to make this now so she has plenty of time to show it off and use it at college. I think it will be a good conversation starter.

Very impressive! The kids will surely love making several of these for this upcoming holiday. How could you think of so many nice and easy projects for almost all occasions?

I made several blocks last year. One I just wrapped in a gold bow to make it look like a package, on that had last name letter - with lots of dots in pink and blue, and a coke one, 4th of July one and one for me finally a Sea Horse.

I'd love to make a couple BUT I can not find the blocks anywhere. WHERE do you get them?

Try a home improvement store such as Lowe's or Home Depot. Many small hardware stores carry them too.

I found mind at Lowe's and recently saw smaller ones at Michael's.

Hobby lobby and Michael's carries with and use coupon. They have the whole in them already and the plugs.
