Make A Fabric "gingerbread" House

"Have you made gingerbread houses for Christmas? Were they actually sort of hard to do and not entirely fun? That was my issue, along with the fact that I couldn't really store it after the season was over. This solution is for those of you who want to replicate the look of a gingerbread house, but want to make it out of fabric and have it be storable for next year. All you need to do is create a few templates for the size of house that you want (feel free to use the measurements I went with) and then gather up some fun seasonal fabrics and interfacing. Scraps of anything will work as decorations, too. Oh, and if you put a battery powered votive underneath it, it will light up nicely!"
