Mini Cork Gingerbread House
When it comes to easy Christmas crafts, you can't go wrong with this Mini Cork Gingerbread House! This project is simply adorable and will be the perfect addition to any winter village scenes that you have on display.
From the blogger: "This house has the look and texture of a real gingerbread house, but is made using cork. That has the advantage that this house does not have to be baked and that it will last forever. White snow paint was used to resemble the icing that would be used for such a house and little acrylic embellishments were used to replace candies that would decorate it. To top it off, some glitter was used to give it all a little sparkle."

Cork works for so many things, doesn't it? I love your gingerbread house. I think my favorite part is the sparkly beads. They give the house a shimmering look. I never knew that there was jewel glue. That is so neat. I am going to have to look for it the next time I am at the craft and hobby store.
