Magic Snowflake Candle Holders
"I love frugal crafts that are also good for our environment. I try to think outside the box whenever it's time to throw things away. Can I use this for one of my craft projects? I've become quite good at working trash into my creations. Today I am sharing with you a jar recycling craft you might be interesting to try out yourself. You can turn any jar into a wonderful winter wonderland candle holder using a white sharpie and some ribbon. If need be, I provide you with a template for different types of snowflakes you could paint on your jars. Bonus number 2: This is a fun craft for kids and adults alike."
Materials List
- jars
- sharpie
- ribbon
- hot glue
NotesThey would look wonderful outside on your porch as well as decorated in a window or on a mantel. Don't you think?

Can markers be more versatile? I thought you used stencils or paint until I read the description of this craft. I love that you used a white Sharpie to make the decorations. You draw very well. I love the ribbon accent around the lids. I think the candle holders are so pretty for a table or the centerpiece at dinner.

These Magic Snowflake Candle Holders are magical!!! So very delicate looking and beautiful. I can see a whole group of these in different sizes and shapes of jars down the center of a long farm table with a bundle of taffeta underneath....maybe sprinkled with sequins.I'm so thankful too that we can recycle for our environment and still have something beautiful for our homes! Thanks for sharing!!!
