Scraptastic Milk Carton Gingerbread Houses
You may not even need to spend any money when making these Scraptastic Milk Carton Gingerbread Houses. These DIY Christmas decorations are phenomenal stash and scrap busters but are so beautiful that no one would guess you only used what you had on hand to make them. By using empty milk cartons, cereal boxes, or other containers found in the recycling bin, you can make the base for these recycled crafts. The rest involves buttons, faux snow paste, craft gems, or anything else you have in those craft bins. This gingerbread house craft is fun for the whole family.

How can you turn a milk carton into something so beautiful? I adore this craft. I think it is so pretty and fun. I love holiday villages. I can see making an entire new neighborhood to add to my current village. I think I need a bigger table, or two tables.

I love this idea. It's so great if you're crafting with kids and don't want the mess of working with real gingerbread.
