How else do you use up an old blanket without throwing it away or using it as pillow stuffing? I like that you turned an old item that you might just throw away into a decoration that you can use during the holidays. I think it is so fun and crafty. What a great way to help the environment by repurposing.

I remember my grandmother having one of those kinds of blankets. I used to like to feel the texture of it. I love this idea to make snowballs with one. Really clever!

Love this idea. Would have never thought of it. I have old blankets that are just laying around. Making some snowballs to put around the house during the holiday season has fun written all over it. We are getting right on this project!

What a wonderful idea. I have an old white chenille bedspread that I was going to use as cleaning rags. This is a much, much better idea. There will be snow balls all over my Florida home. That should start some conversations. Thank you for this easy, simple idea. I always find such great ideas here.
