I would love to see how to put this project together. I have a ton of old quilts in the closet. Do you have a bunch too, or did you find an old blanket at a yard sale or something? I bet my grandma would like a stocking made from one of her old quilts if she were still here.

So, where is the instructions?????? All I see are comments on the various quilts and patterns........

I can't find any instructions, either, but it's a pretty basic stocking. I would just cut out a stocking shape, make a second one and sew the two together, hemming it at the top. I think she used piping, but that's not necessary and if you're not good at sewing (like me), that would make it hard to do.
