What pretty shirt is complete without a cute ruffle around the collar? I have so many colors and patterns that I would love to use this ruffled collar for that I am not sure which one I will do first. I think I will pick my favorite candy cane pattern and try making a ruffled collar with the sleeves like you did. That is such an ingenious way to make the ruffle and keep the same pattern or color.
