I have a cold cellar full of old canning supplies. The lids aren't suitable to re-use, but I hate the idea of throwing them out. I think that turning them into angels would be a fantastic DIY. I'm thinking of doing this as a class project with my students. It would be easy enough for the kiddos to pull off but really looks adorable. I think that it would be cute to add some hair with leftover yarn or maybe even some shiny tinsel.

I have so many nieces and nephews that would love to make these fun little angel faces for their moms and dads. I bet I could have an ornament making party and invite them all over and we would have a ball. I love crafts like these. Do you have any other ones like this?

This is a cute and easy craft for younger kids. They can make it look like emojis with different facial expressions. Very resourceful, too!

What a cute project to do with my young kids. This is easy to make and I can use materials I have around the house. Going to get started on my Christmas decorations early this year.

This is such a cute ornament! I've made other crafts that use just the jar of the mason jar and didn't know what to do with the lid now I know just the thing to make! Thanks!
