Is there something else you can use to make the halo instead of the spacer? I think I have all of the other supplies, but that is the one thing I know I don't have at home. I like the heart bead, but I was thinking that a large teardrop bead would work as well. It might make the angel have more of a bell shape.

I meet with a group of women once a month and sometimes we will do a craft. I think these will be perfect! It will give everyone a new ornament for their tree. If I can find the heart shape beads in different colors we can match them to our own Christmas decor. Also each lady will have a memento of our time together!

I love having angels on my tree. I have angels all over the room. Snow globes, music boxes, ornaments. These will fit right in, especially if I do them in my theme colors of red and white. And these are very easy to do. Thank you for sharing this this wonderful idea.

I am looking to do almost all new ornaments this year on my tree and what a great idea this Heavenly Beaded angel ornaments are. These are so cute and will be on my tree. I think the beads add something different and unique and they will be homemade. What a great way to get the whole family to join in and if you start them early you will not be scrambling at last minute. Great tutorial. Where can I find the wing beads?
