Crochet Mistletoe Christmas Angel
Add a heavenly look to your home with the Crochet Mistletoe Christmas Angel! The easy Christmas crochet pattern will look stunning when displayed on your tree or even incorporated in a centerpiece.
From the blogger: "Mistletoe is the seventh crochet angel pattern in my angel crochet series. She is crocheted from the top-down, in rounds. You will add the wings to the back of her dress using simple whip-stitches at the end, crochet the ‘arm,’ and simply insert it through the small holes in her dress you created by following the crocheting instructions and slip the crocheted halo between the stitches at the back of her head.
"This angel stands on her own and she does not need to be ‘stiffened.' Her halo is designed with a thin bow wire I purchased at Michael’s (our local craft store) so it holds its shape and stays in place easily. You should be able to crochet her in just a couple of hours. She is a great last minute gift idea and makes a lovely decoration for your tree or table. Have fun with your yarn."

I love that you embellished this little angel with mistletoe. The glittery decorations are so adorable and play so well off from the white yarn. How many days did it take you to make the whole set? Did you do it in one long day or do one a day til you made all seven?

WOW! This is only one of several angels the artisan has designed! I intend to investigate the other ones as well! How creative....I love that it says it only takes a couple of hours to make. I'm still a novice in crochet so it might take me awhile longer but I'm sure it'll be worth it! It also says it stands by itself without stiffener. I can't wait to get started. Thanks for sharing!

This is an adorable angel that appears to be quite easy to make. Her wings are so cute. I like that she has no face and I know I could embroider one if I want to. The simplicity is elegant all on it's own. I think I might try to make one with the holiday yarn that Red Heart has with the fine tinsel like fiber running through it. An angel would be sweet with that glittery touch. These would be adorable as a package embellishment, wreath addition or as an ornament. What would you do with it? It's a great project for any time of the year.
