Silent Night Table Runner
The humble setting of the Christmas story inspired this simple Silent Night Table Runner. As far as DIY table runners go, they don't get much easier than this lightly decorated piece of burlap. Use a stencil to pain the words "Silent Night" on the center of the runner, or, if you're feeling confident, paint freehand. Add candles and a few evergreen sprigs to create a cozy centerpiece for your dining table or mantel.

How adorable is your table runner? I bet it looks fabulous during the holidays. I would love to make a bunch of these that say different Christmas song names and place them all around the house. You could do an entire theme around carols that you love. I would use several of my favorite and decorate with that idea like putting singing carolers around the house too.
