What a lovely idea for making a tree. I think the paper is a great idea. It keeps the tree light, so that it is not too top heavy, right? I like that you used Epsom salts for the crystals. It is something you can get for next to nothing at the dollar store when you pick up a piece of posterboard. You could make these for friends too.
