Fir Stitch Tabletop Crochet Christmas Tree
Find a rich shade of green yarn for this Fir Stitch Tabletop Crochet Christmas Tree. This traditional and simple mini tree uses a series of back post treble crochet stitches. The designer calls this style of stitch a "fir stitch" for this particular tabletop tree design. Crocheted Christmas trees look great on tables and mantels and can be combined with other DIY Christmas decor for centerpieces. The beautiful stitch used for this tabletop tree gives it a detailed look while still not taking away from the simplicity.

I love how your stitch makes a neat and fluffy design. What does worsted weight yarn mean? I was wondering what thickness you used. Is that what it is referring to? I just pick up some yarn and use it. I know there is some for baby blankets, but I never thought about other thicknesses.
