What a cute way to make a tree. I never thought about using sewing patterns the way you did, but it is a wonderful way to use up old patterns you have laying around. Have you tried making any with other types of paper like tissue paper or a thin fabric?

How cute! Especially after it is decorated with bits and pieces of ric-rak, bias tape, lace and other assorted trims, notions and buttons. Maybe even a worn out tape measure..... An adorable, festive addition to any sewing room! Can't you just envision the tree skirt..........? Too Fun!!!
