This is beyond adorable! I will have to make one from my granddaughters' baby socks! I can hang it on the tree each year and then she can have it when she is grown and ready to have her own holiday traditions. The face is so sweet. I have Spanish moss on hand but I may use a different fiber instead. What would you use for a substitute?

What a neat idea for a baby's first Christmas, right! I love it! I can see making these up for friends that have babies during the year and giving them out as a special holiday gift. I would have loved someone to make me something like this cute little angel.

This is sweet. I don't have baby socks on hand, but I do have some plain white socks that would work for a slightly larger version. Since I don't have flesh colored paint, I wonder if I could die just the toe with tea? I might try it. I believe, too, in using what you have on hand! (I might need another tree this year to hold all the new ornaments I am finding here.)
