I never thought of using a saran wrap tube. I bet it would be a lot stiffer than the paper towel tube, right? I can see making a batch of these for all my friends and giving them some wine glasses or a bottle of wine and something sweet as a nice gift this season. I bet I would have a ton of people thanking me for something practical like this craft.
